Q2: Can I just try samples for the first order ?
A2: Trail order is acceptable. We welcome sample order to test and
check quality, but we don't provide free samples.
Q3: What about the lead time ?
A3: Sample needs 5~7 days, mass production needs 2~4 weeks, It
depends on your order quantity.
Q4: What is your shipping method ?
A4: We suggest sample & small order to be shipped to destination
through our shipper partner who has excellent UPS/DHL/TNT/FedEx
service. The shipping cost and delivery time will be determined
according to the quantity of the goods and delivery address.Airline
and sea shipping is also optional.
Q5: Are your battery real capacity ?
A5: All of our battery cells with grade A, 100% new and real
capacity. If you need B grade cells, please contact us separately
for the price and lead time as well as discount.
Q6: What percent of capacity battery charged before shipment ?
A6: Normally 10% or so, It will be safe when shipping.
Q7: Do you provide after-sale services ?
A7: Yes, the warranty is 12 months.
Q8: How to proceed with an order.
A8: Firstly let us know your requirements or applications. Secondly
we will quote according to your requirements or
oursuggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the sample and places the
deposit for formal order, then we can arrange the production.
Q9: Would you accept to use our Logo ?
A9: Yes, It is available. But we have MOQ for customized products.
